I came to Clarissa for a refinance on my home I've owned a year. She was very clear and a great communicator. I didn't understand a lot of the process and she was great about explaining it to me. The technology used today in the refinance process with use of the computer as opposed to going down and signing a stack of papers has changed dramatically since my last in 2011. The need of guidance to ensure that everything is submitted correctly, timely and properly was paramount. The almost immediate response to questions and request for assistance from Clarissa, her staff and the other team members, was second to none. This is the second time we hired Clarissa and her staff to obtain a mortgage. There were obstacles to overcome and everyone went the extra mile to make it happen.
