She had a lot of patience with me explained everything that I didn’t understand. I’m a person that is very hands on. And made sure when she spoke to me that she was looking directly at me, due to my loss of hearing I read lips. Which made me very comfortable. She also was very pleasant and made sure everything went smoothly. She went above and beyond service for me. I would highly recommend her and the mortgage firm.
