Clarissa was wonderful and helpful. We felt the communication during closing was lackluster. We felt like we had to constantly reach put for updates. In addition it felt at times rushed and unprepared.

Seems like communication between the mortgage company was lacking. Had to keep signing the same forms. My wife had to keep on them to get the final numbers in so we cold close on time all the way to when we were flying down from michigan for the closing. Poor service.

Communication was very poor among your in house team and to us.We were asked to provide the same information multiple times indicating that your internal communication is very poor.No consideration for our time.Excessive information was asked for even though we had excellent credit and financial history.Final numbers were not given to us timely leaving us to conduct our private business in the airport with no privacy on the way to closing.No one from your office showed up at closing to meet us
