A bit confusing, All I wanted to do was add more money to my clarity account but leave the regular monthly payment as is. Hopefully there was not a miscommunication and that is what will happen since I will be adding extra money occasionally in hopes of speeding up the settlement process.

Very professional, and extremely positive in her language. Strong accent however, but was not an interference.
