Horrible customer service. A poorly made temporary crown has a sharp edge digging into my tongue. This is a Thursday morning and they can't see me until Saturday. When I came into the office today incase I can be seen some lady in the office said, "you can't bully us into seeing you". So unprofessional and uncaring that I'm in pain. The procedure I need would take less than 5 minutes.
Do a better job on root canal
If I could give zero stars I would. Service was horrible. The dentist himself is great. But that doesn't amount to the horrible service that you experience while there. They had me waiting over 2 hours for a scheduled appointment. At 1 pm I decided to leave since I was never seen. I mention to Tiffany up front that I wanted to cancel all of my appointments she responded with ok there was no care for the patients. I'm just over it. I will find someone else who will value me and my time.
