Their temp crown has a part cutting into my tongue. This is a Thursday morning and even though it's a 5 min fix, (if the crown was done right this wouldn't be a problem) I can't get an appointment until Saturday. I said I'd just wait, maybe they'll have an opening. I was not yelling or being rude when another lady said 'you can't bully us into being seen'. Very unpleasant, unprofessional and no concern I'm in pain.
I wouldn’t recommend no one to go to Dr. RodneyClarkDDS i when to the Insurnce commissioner on them. I started going to him on February 29,2020 and their given me a x ray on my mouth then their did a mold on my mouth for my partial plate then their call me back in to do another mold as their was saiding but when i get there their did a cleaning on my teeths now i call them5/19/2020 to see if mine teeths is ready she tell me I got to do another mold on my mouth and my insurance already paid them it been almost three months ag... read more
The staff is very rude. The waiting time is too long and ridiculous. Been waiting on a cap for my teeth about a year almost . Every temporary cap he put on comes out. Had one permanent cap it was too big and not the same color of my teeth would not recommend anybody there.
I did not have an office visit because the staff could not get it together about scheduling appointments. I was called the day before my appointment stating they needed to rescheduled my appointment because of an office emergency. My son’s appointment was scheduled during his spring break. I explain this to them, so they offered me a Saturday appointment a month away. The day before this appointment I’m told he is not on the schedule and they do not take new patients on Saturday. Waited over an hour past my appointment time for a regular cleaning. Always a crazy long wait. The staff is nice.
Staff manager Tiffany is very rude, nasty and VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! Would not recommend this dentist to anyone Dr. Clark does not care about the patients! Also they don’t answer their phones.
I did not appreciate the way I was treated I take that very wrong but the way they try to price me outside of my insurance they gave me one price one time and then they try to go up on it my gums was healed up I'll really not happy whatsoever and I am going to report this to the Better Business Bureau also
