No one ever really wants to go to an oral surgeon, but when I knew I had to, I got really lucky with Dr. Smith and the entire office. Everyone was very professional, they pre verified my insurance, carefully explained the process and went over the info on the bone graft. The actual procedure was quick and efficient (as far as I know) and recovery from the anesthesia was very quick. They called to check up on me within 24 hours I was close to fully functional. I would def recommend this team to anyone!!!

The office was very hot (uncomfortably so) and very crowded to the point my child had to sit in the floor at one point. We were sweating, which made me start to wonder how they were doing oral surgery in those conditions. Overall, his actual surgery was fast but the office was so hot and claustrophobic I truly regretted going there. The oral surgeon may be good but one issue we’ve had was they prescribed him only 1/2 25 mg promethazine (I am smaller than him I take 25 mg). Absolutely grand all the way through up until I was ushered out the door very promptly when could barely stand or comprehend anything and my ankle turned. Luckily it was not serious. My husband was not impressed with this. Especially when someone is not fully conscious. Enjoyed the surgery process in the room and everyone was jovial and upbeat and it was a good experience.
