I have been a Clark customer for over a year and I am very satisfied with my technician. He's friendly and does a great job. He's always willing to address any additional concerns that I may have. Any time I have a pest problem in-between regularly scheduled visits, Clark is prompt at sending someone out the very same day, or the next day depending on when I called; plus they always follow up with me to see if the problem was resolved. Dave does a great job with his service. I like that he calls to set up the date; he is always on time and very pleasant. The service has provided good results in controlling the roaches that were invading my garage.

I have been with Clark for many years now and they have always been responsive to my needs. I appreciate being able to call for an unscheduled treatment and have such a rapid response. However, I'm a bit underwhelmed with their response to my latest outdoor flea infestation. They have been out three times to spray in the last month and I still can't even go out and water the plants without getting hammered by fleas. I've had Clark providing every other month service for almost 3 yrs. I have a wasp and spider problem that requires controlling. On the recommendation of the previous homeowner who had used Clark for a number of years, I decided to retain them for service. Jesse is my tech and he works diligently and gets the job done. Very personable, plus being very professional. He's always responsive to any issues or questions I have even when it's "between" months for the service. Sean is professional and caring but I wish he wouldn't ring the doorbell when he gets here. It gets our dogs barking and they don't stop barking until long after he leaves. I would prefer it that he calls a bit before he gets here so we know he's coming.
