Clark's diligence is what kept me coming back. I've used other, cheaper companies in the past, but I found that the quality of Clark's attention was worth the few extra dollars spent. I don't have to worry about infestations and their "call back" policy provides peace of mind IF I ever have to use it. They are dependable and efficient.

When I had a rat infestation the service technician took extra steps to figure out how they were entering the garage. Then he repaired the places they were entering. The company was also great about picking up dead rodents that were trapped. I wish we could have done a trap and release but I don’t think they offer that service. They also were very helpful in identifying that the next critter that got in was a squirrel not a rat! He came in through a hole in my roof that was newly made.

We have regular service for the usual Sacramento pests and had to bump up to a more focused plan for a bit because we inherited some burrowing rats from a dirty moving neighbor. They came out within 24 hours, assessed the situation and told us how to fix it on our own so we didn't have to pay a ton of money. Jared is always prompt, professional, and polite.

I have not than business with them but gentlemen of name of Tom Hannon was noticed that my car’s door was open so he came to my house to informe me. He ringed the doorbell but unfortunately I was busy and could not open the door so he just left a notice saying that he closed my car’s door because it was going to be rainy. That’s what you call human kindness , thank you sir.
