My service from Clark is always professional and thorough
Brian does wonderful job. He takes care of our needs and always offers to come back if needed.
Brian is so good! He knows that we have a little dog, so he always calls us a day or two before he comes, with an approximate time, so we can watch for him and bring our baby inside and close her doggy door (it helps, too, so we can pick up her messes before he comes!). If we need special attention to a particular area or have any questions, Brian is so receptive to accommodate us. Don't change his area/route, please!
Usually your technician sweeps the eaves, sprays the perimeter of the house and inside our garage, The gentleman who came this time sprayed the front of the house, packed up and left. I was home and was able to watch him work. It was not the usual service and I was disappointed. He did not know I was home and paying attention. Was I expecting too much? Not the service I am used to getting from your company. Jackie Ballatore
