Paid $2600 for our bed bugs to be exterminated. Called them back out a week later because we still had bed bugs, though they fixed the issue, 3 weeks later, contacted them because we still have them and no response from Clark - still dealing with this issue.

Making sure the pest control worker spend more than 10 minutes at the house. He doesn't get the cobwebs. I still have ants in the house. I've clocked him and he spends only 7 minutes "spraying" around the house. I'm very dissatisfied because my contract was with Brooks and Brooks sold to Clark. I wasn't given an opportunity to say whether I wanted to stay with the contract or go else where.

Customer service is a joke. Billing and processing is equivalent to harassment. After speaking to multiple people trying to figure out billing issues, empty apologies and harassing statements continues to be delivered. This is why service was terminated. Also working to stop other contracts we have with other

The event was for flees and dead ones was visible within a week. Since no animals live upon property we can now see if they return and how fast.
