Pest guy is good but wish he could give me a call prior to coming so that I can be sure to have dog inside. He tells me that isn't possible.

Ralph is dependable, and aims to please. He always does a very good job for us.
I am disappointed, I get no warning calls for a visit , when no one goes inside to check on things! And for a 125 dollars visit that lasts a few minutes I feel it is too much !
