Professional level service, timely, but very expensive

In Jan. I signed up for semi-monthly service to rid my house of ants. The first technician who came had been called from another job and made it clear he was unhappy about it. He also did a very incomplete job, so I called. The second technician who came did an excellent job as did the one who came in Mar. No show in May. I called and was told I was rescheduled for July. With every contact, it is a new representative. Thus far I have no complaints on the service, more so how my bill goes up periodically WITHOUT prior notice and why does it go up? Not long ago it went up $10. Last month it went up $5 ?????????? why
