I have had routine service with Clark Pest control at my home and second home for many years. I recently sold my second home and needed to have the pest inspection and report for escrow. Dave Michelmore was very professional and did a great job inspecting our house.
Great company, superior service...they get the job done time and time again. I have relied upon them for nearly 20 years...they have never let me down.
Overall I am happy even though my experience with my terminte treatment was not good. I however did contact management and ultimately was at least compensated for my time and hassle. Greg does a good job, however the last several treatments I have notice that he is not spraying around all the foundation of my patio. There are a few items that just need to be moved out of the way slightly and he use to do that but has not done that for some time. I have also noticed more bugs than usual. We have been using Clark for about 13 years. Every time we make a call the representatives are very helpful and try to get someone to come out to our house as soon as possible. We love their service. Our Clark guy (Dan) always rings the bell and asks if there are any problems before he does spraying. Recently, we have had a very bad ant problem outside, and then inside. We have been using Clark Pest Control service for almost a year now. We are so pleased that we rarely if ever see any insects in our house. When we had an unexpected ant invasion they came the next day and handled them quickly. They have not been back since. We also had a wasp nest in our umbrella and as soon as we e-mailed them a request to come they scheduled us right away and someone came the very next morning. The service is quick, efficient and so worth what we pay.
