The technicians are excellent, the staff that answers phones in the office and /or answers emails however are poor at best. I has begun searching for a local pest control company that can be more responsive to requests for service. Having a representative tell you to wait a week or two for your monthly service visit is just not acceptable. I would use an explicative that starts with an S * * * S and that would be gracious to describe the level of customer service by the office staff. Very reliable-thorough
The service could be improved if customers knew when to expect the technician. Intervals should be regular, for example, service visits would always occur during the first week of a month.
Scott Wood has always taken good care of my pest needs. Before moving to Grass Valley, he was my technician in Camptonville where pest problems were numerous.
David was assigned to our case and always helped in every way/ Very happy to see him come. This year I have gotten a couple of the field cockroaches so am waiting for next time he comes to perhaps put some bait out. It would be a nightmare to fight time off again. If I do ever cancel it would be for increase in my bills that I have control over
Needed an extra service because of increasing number of bugs and they came right out and took care of it for us. Very professional.
