I’m very displeased with Clark, after being a regular customer and having my home sprayed monthly for over 15-years and never missing a payment; we recently got 2 new puppies and out of concern for their health I asked that the service be suspended for 2-months and was told that they would have to cancel my account and I could try to re-establish my account int the spring. Clark staff are prompt and keep appointments well. There is no motivation to eradicate problems you have. We have had a rodent problem for the last 10 months. We continue to have mice in the attic. The follow up on exclusion and closing off entry points has been totally haphazard and ineffective. I am contemplating stopping their service and hiring some one else.

I called to schedule as a new customer. The account representative collected my credit card info and everything. Told me that I am on schedule for next day at 9am. Few minutes later the account rep called me to reschedule for 1-3pm, I accepted the new time. All good until that point. However, during the appointment time no one showed up. Eventually I called them to check if they are running late, and they told me that they don't see any appointment for me on their list. Totally disappointing. I appreciate what they do. Been using Clark for several years now. I do highly recommend them. Thanks for getting rid of all my black widows :)

I'm giving Clark Pest Control 5 stars but I do have some concerns. I have asked to be notified in advance of the next service call via email & have service call be Thursdays. Still not addressed.
