Mike was my first impression of this company and I can say that without a doubt I will be referring anyone with pest issues to this company. Textbook professionalism with a big helping of forward-thinking and above and beyond service. Knowledge is in no short-supply, even gave me a hefty list of things to touch up on my place to give me the best possible results for my issues. 10/10
They installed a new door and frame. The guy was a pro. They also put all new vent screens to keep the rodents out. You all are amazing. Mike Cota got the process set up and explained it so well. From the inspection guy to the vent and crawlspace installer to the door installer guy. ( im horrible with remembering names) You were all excellent. Marcelino from Clark Pest Control does an outstanding job! He’s always thorough with his work and goes above and beyond to ensure everything is handled properly. I really appreciate his willingness to come back whenever I need treatments outside of my scheduled service. He’s easy to reach via text and very responsive to any concerns.
I needed treatment and clean up due to bat infestation. Anthony out of the Santa Maria office, came for the work. He was very quick and efficient. He double checked another area. Eric, also from Clark, was here to make repairs on the house. Both completed their jobs and left immaculate work. I'm very happy I switched to Clark and the Santa Maria site is very responsive. Everything on schedule and as promised. I'm sticking with Clark.
We are so pleased with services and Refugio is the best guy. Hard working goes right to it. Is personable, honest, trustworthy, knowledgeable. A pleasure to have him around. He's the reason I started using using you for both pest control and rodent control. We are fortunate to have him. I hope he stays with you a long time and is well supported as he is an asset to any company.
