Since we are only at the home part-time, it is a bit hard to give you a fact-based assessment. We have encountered very few problems and in each case your technician dealt with them as soon as we reported them. We rarely are present when the work is done but the summary is left as we requested on time every other month and the work appears to have been done with no disturbance to the house or...
There service is great. Improvements can be made regarding emails sent to announce the service appointment.\n\nThe last two times the appointments were scheduled on Sundays. Clark technicians do not work on Sundays as far as I know.
Since we switched over to Clark Pest Control, we have had a wonderful experience with our tech. He has helped us with several problems our former pest control company never bothered to address. Since my service rep retired(Mike) I've had a series of different reps so they never really get to know my property, They are all very friendly but do things different.
