Chris O'Brian, who services my property, is THE BEST. He noticed a certain bug that indicates possible water under the house, and he was 100% right! I had a cesspool under my house, which needed attention. He should be employee of the year.

I pay a lot monthly but I can not “NOT” give 5 stars because I no longer see any scary bugs or anything else I don’t want in my home, garage or yard. So, I guess it’s worth it. FYI..one year and counting…time will tell!
