Regular service person does not call to set appointment despite several requests. Serviceman who came especially for two problems very responsive. My biggest issue is the expensive one year contract for bimonthly visits when service should be monthly. Do not plan to renew.

The tech was there and did an ok job, there were still ants all over the back yard, even though he found at least one nest and treated it, there were additional nests. The cob webs were still there and we had a call a back for ants. I really feel that the scheduling should be more precise, not 8 to 5.

I reported ants on property after monthly service. Tech was to the next day to treat, and they appear to be gone.
