The person who services our home was good the first few times. The last couple of visits he has been showing up unannounced, during the rain, and this last time he only serviced the front yard then left the invoice on our front door and left. We had to call him to come back and do our back yard. We pay monthly for full service and we have to keep asking him to perform services that we pay for. It’s disappointing to have to stay on top of him every time he comes to ensure we are getting what we pay for.

I have had Clarks service my home for years. Last year in a moment of weakness I switched to Aptive. I never was comfortable with that decision and I am happy to say I am back with Clarks
