Your service has taken care of the mice problem we have had and we do not get any other pests inside our house.
The technician that comes every other month is great! He explains the service, is clean and neat and is thorough.
Currently there are spiders and webs everywhere. I begin to wonder if it is getting sprayed and if webs are supposed to be removed.

The technicians are excellent, the staff that answers phones in the office and /or answers emails however are poor at best. I has begun searching for a local pest control company that can be more responsive to requests for service. Having a representative tell you to wait a week or two for your monthly service visit is just not acceptable. I would use an explicative that starts with an S * * * S and that would be gracious to describe the level of customer service by the office staff.
