You service is great. I especially like your pest control service, where they leave a document that they have been there and what they have done. I assume the termite service is done and great because I get a regular bill. I am pretty sure that once upon a time they too left a document saying they were there and what they did and what they discovered. Your on-line billing doesn't show what was done, which is why I like seeing it on the info left by your associate. I would really like to see what is happening and if any te... read more

Excellent on all levels
All is great with the visits. We are very happy. There was a mix up with the billing. I don't believe it was our error and we got conflicting information when we called in. We were charged a late fee that I felt unfair. No big deal.
