Icella Buslett is really thorough. I’ve had less problems with spiders & earwigs since she started servicing our home. I don’t think I’ve had any callbacks either. She takes the time to do it right! She’s the best! (There have been some service techs in the past that hardly did a thing & then they were gone before I knew it!)
Your techs that have come to my house, and I’ve had several, have been great. They ask if I’ve had any pest issues. They are courteous and thorough. When I’ve asked them to spray or not spray a specific area they let me know after the job is complete. Very satisfied.
