Clark is a great company
I am appreciative of your immediate response when I have a reoccurrence of ants between fumigations. A service person has always come the same day of my request.

I've been very happy And impressed with Clark and their employees through the years. However recently we've had some new rat activity-- the response from Clark Management personnel has been basically "that's the way it is we can't help you.". I'm not impressed. And my new technician said he'd come back and check traps and I've never heard from him again. We may have to change providers.
I had a flea infestation 2 years ago and saw a Clark Tech at a neighbors house. I asked him to check out the problem. He got covered in nasty fleas but, treated them a couple times and we haven't had the problem since. My current Tech Caleb Spitler is very informative and I enjoy learning about critters and bugs from him!
No complaints whatsoever! Clark always does a great job and is always friendly and professional.
The guys did a great job sealing all the cracks the mouse can enter. They took their time and did a very good job.
Usually you guys do a great job. At times I don't get an email confirmation at all. So the technician just shows up. I have dogs so usually they only spray the front and they have to come back. Better communication would probably be appreciated. Overall I like the service .
