Brian is so good! He knows that we have a little dog, so he always calls us a day or two before he comes, with an approximate time, so we can watch for him and bring our baby inside and close her doggy door (it helps, too, so we can pick up her messes before he comes!). If we need special attention to a particular area or have any questions, Brian is so receptive to accommodate us. Don't change his area/route, please!
