The tech arrived before a scheduled period of rain. He went about his job efficiently and used chemicals designed to withstand rain. He really tries not to interfere with my household or upset my dog.
We love the service because we don't have the problems we were having before with spiders and the big water bugs. We did have a problem once with the water bugs coming between the service, but we called and you came out and took care of it.
Always friendly and courteous! If I have an issue with bugs or spiders in between services, they come take care of it almost immediately. They’re definitely the best in customer service!
