Your Technicians are prompt, answer any questions I might have and perform any service efficiently and professionally.
I don’t like the fact that I am not told when you will be at my home. One time the service tech showed up to spray and I asked him to come the following week since we had our grandchildren here, as well as another dog. The tech came the following day, while we were out for a little while. I would prefer a phone call, or email notice and the choice to change the service date if necessary.
