Listened to our concerns and addressed them and made suggestions as to better handle our rat problem. Shows up on time for our service and respects our property and dogs.
Generally I have been very happy with your service. Some of the technicians have been more friendly and helpful than others. Most have sprayed for a variety of pests, but more recently, only spiders were mentioned. Also, never before have I seen a snake in my yard, but within the last month I've seen two snakes, both close to my house. I was told originally that if we used your service, the bugs would be killed and we shouldn't have a problem with snakes. I think you provide a valuable and necessary service.
The treatments are good. I simply had an issue with the free termite inspection. I scheduled it twice and no one showed up? I don’t want it now.
We were pleased with their service and personnel.
All is well no problems
The only issue that we have had is the ant issues each summer. My husband ends up buying the bait traps and placing them around the house based on where the line of ants are marching. Is your service supposed to set out bait traps?
All is good. Don’t forget to let us know when technican is coming.
