Well, the appointment was scheduled for a Friday but I received a call later in the day that they need to reschedule. I told the technician that there is a "rat" in one of the 3 traps that were setup almost 2 months ago. He came immediately to remove it and told me to call if there are more in the trap. It was very late in the day - around 6:41pm! Thank you Jonathan Rose for coming out and removing it. It's people like you, Jonathan, that makes the company excellent.
