Depending of which technician the client is assigned, Clark has potential to remain the best pest control company. The problem is, the older technicians don't do as good a job as the younger ones. We've been with Clark for nearly 13 years now and we've experienced this.

Anytime I need the inside of my house sprayed, I'm always able to get an appointment date right away and that's very important to me.

Excellent live customer service when I call the office, no automated voice levels to navigate. service technicians are professional and courteous. treatments are effective at keeping pests away.
I'm scheduled for the 3rd Friday of every even month. So we are supposed to get serviced February, April, June, August, October and December. They were a week or more late in June and a week early in August. So I haven't been available. I guess it doesn't matter since you don't service the back yard but I usually at least greet and talk to the technician for a bit.
The gentleman who services our home is always pleasant, professional, and knowledgeable.
Your people are always courteous, professional, and friendly. They are exactly what I would expect in a good bug person.
Every time I have had to call them either for a second visit or to ask questions I always get super kind and informed person for help. Each driver/Clark Guy that we have had seems very informed of my needs and the importance of gates being closed and locked. I have two dogs and they always watch out for them. This has been a very buggy year and I have had to ask for more visits and they always show up!
