When we started service had to have return visits several times before gaining control, and now i think we are on top of it, "I hope so".
The service is great! David, our service person, is great about getting here when he says and doing the job we ask and more. Very thorough and has no problem when we ask him to do items not on the original request. Keep it up!!!
The technician was always timely and went straight to work. I was not there for most of the visits, my parents have a care give that made the connection on each visit. She seemed pleased and offered no complaints. Our pest porobflem seems to have subsided and appears to be resolved. We would like to discontinue service at this time. Always great friendly service by Marcus! The only thing I see need for improvement is if we are not home we do not get a scheduked appointment for our next service. Maybe a phone call from Clark to remind us to schedule
