Two of your staff have been very helpful and proactive. Some years ago Ian rat-proofed our home very effectively and also carefully inspected for suspected bed bugs (turned out to be no evidence of them). Then about a week or so ago on the regular bimonthly visit a young man was filling in for another guy who had the route. The new guy showed initiative by fixing the weather strip on the basement door. My Clark exterminator is excellent. He does a great job and always a pleasure to talk to.
Clark has been a great service for our home. When we first moved into our house, we had an ant problem that was out of control. I called Clark, and Josh, our service professional, sprayed the ants and any time I saw ants between services he responded the same day I called to report it and in no time the ants were eradicated! Definitely the best pest control service!
The people that come and the people on the phone are always courteous and will check whatever needs to be done.

Service is done on time. Technicians are knowledgeable and friendly. We're not seeing any bugs.

I would definitely recommend Cid. He gave us excellent service. I'm very disappointed that he has been taken off our route. The service he provided was through and professional. I had full confidence that he would handle our pest situation even if I personally was not present. Again, I'm very disappointed that Cid is not assigned to our route.
