Richard is our service person. He is great!! Always on time, thoroughly checks all areas of concern, asks if we have new issues. I appreciate his professionalism.
Matthew arrived and performed the scheduled service. I asked where Chris, the person who regularly comes, was, as Chris always calls the day before to let us know he was coming. He asked if he should call, and I told him that would be fine.
Our service tech Kelvin Hernandez is very professional and conscientious. He solves special problems.
