I have had great experience with the tech's that come out to the house. They are very clean and friendly. So far it seems that everything is going well. One big problem I do have is with management. I have called in twice and told our tech that I wanted to talk to the manager about scheduling. To this day no one has ever responded. When I asked the tech about it his comment was which manager, it sounds like there are to many manager that don't care. Our pest control agents are very polite and acccommodating. They are happy to come back if there is a problem.
I am very pleased with the efficiency of the Clark representative. He treats and explains new problems especially as to how they will effect my dog.
We will miss Luke as our technician, however, our new person E...., has already demonstrated that he will take care of business. He is friendly, professional, and willing to do all he can to accommodate our requests. Our service with Clark Pest Control will continue to be excellent, even with the change in staff!
Scott was our "rat guy". He did an excellent job and was always helpful and courteous, and nice to our dog!
