Our tech Richard is very responsive to our concerns and suggestions. He does a terrific job. During his last visit, Richard mentioned that we might want to have PG&E check our outside water heater because he smelled gas when he sprayed that area for spiders. Sure enough we did have a small gas leak. We are grateful for Richard's attentiveness.
Service man always checks with us for Pest issues. He is always attentive, thorough and friendly.
