Been with your company a few years and for the most part all your people does a good job. The only problem I have with your company is, as soon as I get use to someone, you tend to rotate or change them around then I have to get use to a new person. Not comfortable with that. I have a large yard and everything is kept locked and it takes awhile to make sure that he covers everything.
Please knock at front door upon arrival. Garage door broken. Enter through house into garage to check traps under the house.
You only leave messages as to when you are arrive. I wish you’d give us an opportunity to tell you what issues we are having beforehand.
I'm comfortable with Clark pest control service because they always help me immediately with each insect, mice, bees, bugs, and problems I have been having. the technicians know well how to do their job. thank you for your service
Very friendly staff.
The technician has been careful to handle any issues that I have. The main issue has been ants. It took several months to get a handle on the ant situation but at last the ant population is now under control. Thank you for you continued help to keep my home pest free.

Very polite technician. unfortunately he had to come back as he was locked out of the backyard. A phone call in advance of the appointment would help so I can unlock the gate to the backyard.
