I recommend living here I have been living here for 2 whole years going on to my 3rd. Maintenance will come extremely fast very kind. Customer Service is very understanding and professional. Yes they had some issues with water but they got fixed and very few bugs. Very clean . Thankfully my neighbors are decent and don't touch my packages. The only thing is the price is a bit high for how small the apartments are but that's just because it's Dallas area. Not see how well the other set of apartments living conditions are. The heavenly home My name is Robert i have been here since 2011 and this a lovely place to stay very quite great staff george mrya april they are a blessing very helpful i love them all i havent found a better place yet no saying its not but to my knowledge this is a great home and a blessing to anyone thts looking for a new start in life im hope to stay another 5 wth them if they keep this staff they are ?? great God bless them all and many blessings to them keep up the great wrk

The Fountains Of Woodmeadow This property is good for people looking for a new start. If you are new to the city, have poor or no credit, or first time renter this apartment complex is a good place to start. The management team is reasonable and accessible. Plus this is an one bedroom apartment community.

Cant wait to leave Ive complained in person and thro the service part of our 'app' we have access too. About how there is never hot water, as an adult i would deal i guess but i have an almost 2 yr old. We have to boil 4-5+ things of water just for her to have WARM water for her bath. Roaches Ive have requested pest control 4 times and ive lived here for 3 months and our front door doesnt seal properly on the bottom so there is constantly a draft, like the door has been kicked in before nothing has been done. DO NOT LIVE HERE I really hate being negative and leaving bad reviews, but I just have to say something here. Please DO NOT live here! The front desk people are super kind, but that doesn’t make up for the terrible quality of this place. There is never any hot water for me to use, particularly in the evenings and mornings. They use a shared boiler system here for the entire apartment, and since I live on the third floor, I just don’t get hot water if others are using it. Do not lease here In my experience as a resident AND leasing agent here at this property I would tell anyone to live under a bridge before leasing here or with Paul’s corp. This property is run down with roaches EVERYWHERE. Some of the buildings had rodents residents were complaining about. Holes in walls behind fridges were mounds of roaches were coming into a an occupied unit where someone stayed. This Managment company is NOT for residents. shady Office screens calls and won’t pick up for residents they don’t want to talk to. Very hard to get a hold of. Also now running a super shady towing rule and cars are getting towed left and right for no reason.
