Great service and friendly staff
We love the staff here and appreciate the fast courteous service. Even when the waiting room seems overflowing, Class One Orthodontics seems to get their patients in on time for their scheduled appointments,
So happy to have found Dr Fadiani. He is great with our son and we love that he takes the time to explain what the plan is next. Also, to have Payment Plans is huge since ortho care can be costly. We also love Becky, behind the desk. SHE is always polite, smiling and welcoming and that also makes her a HUGE asset for the office. Front desk is who we meet first so first impressions are very important. Keep up the great work, Dr Fadiani and Becky!!
Can't say enough good things about Class One! They are always very kind and helpful even during off hours. Best experience ever and couldn't have asked for a better orthodontist for my daughter! I'll definitely refer this office to all my family and friends!
Both my daughters have had orthodontia work done recently by Dr. Niaraki in his Newton office. Only good things to say; - mild-mannered, friendly, patient, takes time to explain the whole process - location is great for Newton school students: they can get there with school bus from Brown MS or Newton South HS, or they can walk from North HS. - on time appointments - friendly receptionist - emergency appointments when brackets break
