0.5 Star : Likely to Recommend 0.5 Star : Repair Quality They forgot to secure wiring in my wheel well, didn’t secure the plastic wheel well, my alignment is off to the left, my tires went flat days after being at their shop and my battery died the next time I tried to drive my truck. 2 Star : Customer Service They would tell me one day my truck would be ready then tell my adjuster a different day. I was led to believe my truck would be ready 4 different days 5 Star : Returned Clean

Called me 2 weeks later that my car was ready. But they close in 30 minutes (WTF). Had to pay for in extra day of insurance for the rental car 3 Star : Returned Clean
