5 Star : My Experience From the moment I walked in, I was treated courteously and respectfully by everyone. My car had a minor trim problem, and they could have just ordered a new part (for a lot of $$). But my car is almost 20 years old. 4.5 Star : Likely to Recommend 3 Star : Repair Quality the work that was done was done good but there was mis communication and part of the repair was missed and didnt get quoted in the repair order so that part will not be able to get fixed because it wasnt in the original quote. So kindof disappointed 3 Star : Customer Service 4.5 Star : Returned Clean
