We did the 2.5 hr Manhattan Island cruise which was very interesting, the guide was very knowledgeable pointing out all the landmarks and giving a detailed commentary. The boat was beautiful with comfortable seating and tables and not crowded so there was plenty of room to move around, everyone coukd see and take photos. We all received a complimentary drink. A great way to see Manhattan from the water. I would definitely recommend this company and tour.

The Liberty cruise was a Christmas gift from my boyfriend's family and I loved the experience! The day we went was cold but a clear day, and we had excellent views of the Brooklyn Bridge, Manhattan cityscape, and, of course, Lady Liberty! The lady who served us on board was beyond sweet--very warm hospitality. Took off a star because we could not understand what the captain was saying while giving the tour (he kind of mumbles). The Caroles and Coco was a lot of fun with a great tour of the harbor. The crew was attentive and pleasant and food reasonably priced. Enjoyed the jazz trio and our singing captain, the only down side was the volume of the band when we arrived... we were seated right next to them, so i'm sure it wasn't a problem for the other guests... all in all, I'd go again

Went on the cocoa and carols cruise. The staff was friendly and accommodating, fabulous band and incredible views of the city and Statur of Liberty!

Would've given 5 stars but was very disappointed about being seated at table G which is across from the bar and away from the main floor where the band is leaving no interaction with the band. In my opinion groups with children shouldn't be seated there. My grandson was isolated from the action and my daughter was staring at a partition. The staff was excellent, very personable and accommodating and the views were amazing.
