Central Kia (Plano) has top notch service. I trust them, and I’ve never trusted repair shops at dealerships (been ripped off before). I have over 100,000 miles on my factory warranty Kia that I purchased from here - and they keep it running. No shady sales tactics here. And their oil changes are even cheaper than all the shops in my neighborhood. I can tell they take pride in their service department. As an added bonus, the waiting room is nice - lots of magazines to read and coffee + snacks.
The service was quick and efficient. Eduardo is amazing. The lobby was comfortable and he kept me up to date on the service work.
Paul is a good service advisor who I feel confident in working on my car.
