The service department advisors are very nice however, there processes need work. I don’t understand why I take the time to schedule an appointment online when “it doesn’t ensure I will be seen sooner. It just ensures I will be seen by an advisor.” It’s completely pointless to book an appointment. It’s also irritating to show up and have your car sit there for at least 15 minutes before even being taken to the back, which happens every time. My sales guy Steven Maddigan was extremely nice. We were there far longer (over 6 hours) than we wanted to be. I had my 16 month old granddaughter with me, Steven put cartoons on for her to help keep her occupied. He never seemed irritated when she got cranky. My finance guy Mario Luna was AMAZING. I was upside down on my trade but everything worked out in my favor. I had been to 2 other Nissan dealerahips and they couldnt get the deal done. Thank you Mario!

My family and I come in to clay Cooley Nissan to look for SUV. We speak with Seyed and he was very professional and answer all the questions we had. He is super patient and he work so hard to get the payment close to our monthly budge. I recommend this place & Seyed and his partner shahin to all car buyer.
Had my service done there first time they didn't seem to pressure you get everything done like other dealerships they will give you a list of recommendations the best part you can book online while waiting they'll have a tv with good shows snacks and drinks

Ben, Jerry, and Henry were all great! Helped me get my new Nissan Maxima. There was a scruff and they took care of me with no problem. Didn't take advantage of me at all. Got a great price for my trade and honored the internet price I qualified for! Will buy from them again!
