Clay, Bill, and their entire team were the most knowledgeable, experienced, professional, and courteous team I've ever worked with. As a self-employed person, obtaining a mortgage can be daunting, but not with NFM. Clay was awesome to work with, he remained in constant contact with us at all times and was able to refinance our home loan in a timely and efficient manner, in addition to savings us $220/month and receiving 2k at closing! Nice folks but the whole process was overwhelming and a bit confusing, too many requests for things without explanation, it made us feel as though we were high risk clients instead of financially strong low risk ones. Information was not accurately captured or representing and when we questioned it, we were told it was not important. It was important to US. And the numbers kept changing as we moved through the process....and not in our favor. And they changed without explanation, forcing us to have to ask. The process could ... read more

THERE SHOULD HAVE BEEN A BETTER THIRD PARTY VERIFICATION FOR THE 401k STATEMENTS NEEDED AND TRANSACTIONS ASKED FOR A NUMBER OF TIMES. WE REALIZE IT WAS ONE OF YOUR PARTNERS THAT CAUSED THE DELAYS BUT IT SHOULD HAVE BEEN MANAGED BETTER.
