This is my second deal completed with Clay. He definitely knows what he's doing. He is very knowledgeable about rates and the market. He even helped me change insurances were I got better coverage for cheaper rates. I will only do business with Clayton. I did not receive any incentives to write this review.

Clayton actually called me and proposed that we look at going back to a conventional loan due to a drop in mortgage rates. Not only did we drop our monthly mortgage payment, but Clayton also put us in touch with an insurance agent that was able to help us substantially reduce our monthly rate while keeping our coverages the same or better in some instances. We will continue to work with Clayton and Stocton for future mortgage needs.
