My septic outflow pipe backed up due to improper installation and my basement and master bath were flooded with sewer water. I used both Clean Image Remediation and Reconstruction services. We experienced a water leak from our refrigerator, and Clean Image Services has managed the entire process from start to finish. They worked directly with our insurance company, ensuring a seamless experience. Throughout this process, we’ve had positive interactions with everyone involved, particularly Jordyn, who handled our remediation, and Ricardo, who managed demo, drywall and painting. Both were highly professional and efficient.

I highly recommend Clean Image Services. They went to bat with our insurance company and got our claim paid for. Our remodel was painless and done professionally. Everyone of their staff members are professional and customer service orientated. I have never had such clean contractors in my home. They pick up every thing after each job (spotless).
