My entire experience was totally positive. The staff was very courteous and professional and they gave me very good care. And I can't express how grateful I am to Doctor Wiley. After having had the surgery my eyesight is better than I ever imagined it would be. I was very nearsighted and the distance I can see now is just incredible! Thank you so much Doctor Wiley. What a difference this has made to my life!

All processes, staff and departments (registration, nurses, Dr. Wiley) were great. I only had one concern in that I didn't receive any tips or initial fit after receiving the (2) pairs of LAL glasses. It would've been very helpful versus figuring out on my own. The follow-up appt. (11/20) with Dr. Chester provided the help & explanations I needed along with receiving extra bi-focal LAL glasses to help with near vision until LAL treatments begin.
The staff here are simply amazing. I have never walked into an office , a busy one at that, where every staff member I came across from the staff up front to nurses in the back was over the top nice professional and courteous. A special thank you Dr William F Wiley for the excellent job in performing my surgery! I would recommend the Brecksville Surgery Center and DR William F Wiley to anyone and everyone!!

Dr. Wiley has a busy practice. All really good doctors do. You will spend some time in the waiting room but it’s worth it. You don’t want anyone else messing with your eyes!!!
Everyone was very professional and caring. Any questions or concerns that I had were answered by the doctor or nurses. Overall, I would say it was a very good experience.
