Had a problem with not working and called on a Friday at noon to see my options. I was told to bring my hearing aid in to see if cleaning would remedy the problem the same afternoon. I took the device down to the office and she cleaned it and it worked. Problem rectified within two hours. Unbelievable good service.. No charge!
