Although they may have done the procedure correctly they are snakes when it comes to billing. They did not tell my husband prior that they would be doing procedures not covered by insurance. They made us pay upfront and over charged us. With much difficulty we did get a small refund check but not as much as we should be refunded. Make sure if have your billing in order before going here.
This was my second time going to have a root canal with Dr Qamar. I have to say in all my 54 years of going to hundreds + of different Dr’s office appointments over the years, this has to be the best Dr’s office I have ever been to!! The front office staff are awesome! Extremely Friendly, Happy and very accommodating!! and the Doc’s dental techs and assistants in the back that work with him are just as happy and friendly and make you feel very comfortable and welcomed! Dr Qamar and his assistants did a great job on my RC today. Little to no pain. I liked how he came up with a treatment plan during the consult and explained everything that he was going to do. Made me feel at ease. They really took good care of me.
Not happy with this practice!!! I had a root canal there in June 2023 the doctor was excellent great work. but they required the entire payment for my part and what my insurance would pay. I paid $ 889.00 the day of the procedure. My insurance paid their part of $450 but now they owe me the difference. My insurance should of paid me directly for the procedure because I paid it in full. But they sent the dentist the check. Therefore they would not refund the money. My account should have a credit. And they will not let ... read more
No pain root canal. Place is welcoming and professional. Progressive 'Gentle Wave' system and microscopic care. 5 stars.
