Everyone from the front desk to the consultants, doctors and assistants were pleasant, caring and professional. Just the best “bedside manner” from everyone! The staff took time to explain and show me EVERYTHING and they LISTENED to my concerns offering responses that made me feel like I was in good hands. The whole process was very professional, efficient, and performed with care. The team of Shauna, Alina, and Stephanie were all pretty incredible with their knowledge and actions during my final fitting. Their attentiveness and concern for my well-being was top notch.
